Absolutely. Every retreat is fully tailor-made. We design the itinerary, activities, and menus around your company’s goals, balancing productive work sessions with relaxed, inspiring experiences. Most of our venues feature dedicated meeting spaces with AV equipment, allowing you to move seamlessly between focus time and meaningful connection.

We usually recommend 4 nights and 5 days. This format allows your team to truly disconnect from daily routines, slow down, and reconnect with one another — while enjoying the rhythm of Mediterranean life. Shorter 2- or 3-day programs can also be arranged if time is limited.

We usually host groups of 10 to 24 participants, but we can accommodate up to 40 for special requests.

Our retreats take place in hand-picked countryside estates near Barcelona, surrounded by vineyards and nature. All venues offer exclusive use, high-end comfort, and are between 45 minutes and 1.5 hours from the city — close enough for convenience, yet far enough to disconnect fully.

We handle everything — from transport and accommodation to meals and activities. You just tell us your objectives and preferences, and we’ll do the rest.

Yes, of course. We’re happy to adapt menus for vegetarians, vegans, non-drinkers, and guests with food allergies or intolerances—just let us know in advance. We can also provide alcohol-free alternatives (fresh juices, kombucha, grape must, etc.) while keeping the same gourmet experience.

Ideally, 3 to 6 months ahead, especially for spring and autumn. However, we can often accommodate last-minute requests depending on availability.

We can include extras such as professional facilitation, yoga or mindfulness sessions, branding materials, or premium local gifts for participants. And all of our team-building experiences and day-trips, of course!

All retreats include premium accommodation, private transport, curated food & wine experiences, organic meals, professional coordination, and dedicated on-site hosting.

All our team and hosts speak English & Spanish (and often Catalan and French as well). We can have a host speak a different language, too, if you let us know in advance.

We host retreats year-round. Autumn, winter, and early spring are especially pleasant and cost-efficient, with sunny Mediterranean weather and quieter venues.
