Sustainable Team-Building Experiences in Barcelona
with Organic Food & Wine Makers
Escape mass tourism. Discover intimate food & wine experiences with local producers—perfect for small teams seeking connection, authenticity, and purpose. Unforgettable moments start here.

Our Approach
Small Groups, Real Connections
Authentic & Off the Beaten Path
We don’t do mass tourism.
Our team experiences take place in peaceful countryside settings—private vineyards, olive oil farms, and family-run kitchens—where your group can slow down and enjoy something truly special, far from the usual circuits.

Hosted by Local Food & Wine Makers
Each experience is led by passionate people who live what they do—winemakers, farmers, and chefs who welcome you into their world.
Your team will share stories, flavors, and moments directly with the producers behind it all.

Sustainable by Design—Tailored to Your Team
We believe that meaningful experiences should also be responsible ones. That’s why we partner with small-scale producers who follow organic and sustainable practices.
Our experiences are designed for intimate groups of up to 20 people. For larger teams, we offer custom formats—including the option to split into smaller groups—so that everyone can enjoy a more personal and low-impact journey.

The day ran smoothly, and everything was perfectly organized—even the weather was on our side. Our guide was fantastic, and we really appreciated the personal touch from the chef and his team.”

Enhanced Refund Option via Protect Group Select this option to be eligible for a full refund in specific cases, as determined by Protect Group. Barcelona Slow Travel does not process or approve refunds for this option. You must submit refund claims directly to Protect Group and comply with their eligibility terms.
-
Why does the price of the experience vary depending on the date? While we have a fix pricing for all of our experiences, we apply a 15% supplement on weekends and local holidays.
