Beginning of the Catalan Cooking Class in Barcelona
Presentation of the menu of the day
After being introduced to the ingredients and traditional recipes to be cooked that day, you’ll start cooking with the help of your friendly and knowledgeable chef. Following her traditional family recipes you’ll create delicious dishes that are typical of the local traditional cuisine . Usually, you’ ll prepare 2 tapas dishes, 1 main dish and a dessert. Remember that classes are hosted in very small groups of up to 7 people, creating an intimate setting and allowing for a lot of attention from your professionaly-trained local chef. The classes are therefore adapted to both beginner and more advanced cooks, as well as chefs interested in discovering Catalan and Spanish cuisine.
Lunch or Dinner
Finally, it will be time to taste your dishes- you’ll be amazed by the exciting flavours of the Catalan and Spanish foods that you’ll have made! We’ll be sure to open some handpicked local wines of the finest quality to celebrate your creations. Just like a Barcelona family, we’ll sit at the table and eat the dishes together while exchanging stories and laughter. Ready to have a real Catalan experience?
