Book online the regular experiences: A full payment is required to confirm your booking. On each one of our experiences you will see a booking form on the right section of the page. Fill in all the boxes, then click on the “Book Now” button.
After clicking it, you will be taken to a new page where you can fill in your contact details. There’s also a box on the right to add a special request. At the bottom of the page, you can see a summary of the experience you’re about to book. Make sure your order is correct, then choose your favourite method of payment. You can either pay by credit/debit card (recommended) or use Paypal to pay via your Paypal account. Finally, click the green button to finalize your purchase. It will take you on a secured page offered by either Redsys or Paypal for you to safely make your payment.
If you encounter troubles to realize your booking or if you wish to book a private tour, you can send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org with the information of the experience that you would like to book, and include any special request you may have. We will answer within the next 24 hours (except Sundays) with the steps to complete the reservation.
We accept credit cards only for online payments. As most of our guides do not have a credit card machine, should you need to pay anything complimentary on the day of the experience please bring some cash (and preferably Euros).
If Barcelona Slow Travel has to cancel an experience for any reason, all amounts paid will be fully refunded.
If a customer cancels 48 hours or less before the beginning of the experience, or in the case of a no-show, Barcelona Slow Travel will not issue any refund.
If the cancellation is made more than 48 hours and less than 14 days before the beginning of the experience, 50% of the total amount of the booking will be refunded to the customer by Barcelona Slow Travel. In case the customer and Barcelona Slow Travel find a common agreement, a change of date can be offered to the customer at no extra charge.

In the particular case that a customer will only have paid a deposit (and not the full amount), the deposit will not be refunded if the cancellation is made less than 14 days before the beginning of the experience. 50% of the deposit will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days before the beginning of the experience. In case the customer and Barcelona Slow Travel find a common agreement, a change of date can be offered to the customer at no extra charge.
If Barcelona Slow Travel has to cancel an experience for any reason, all amounts paid by the customer will be fully refunded. In the other case, Barcelona Slow Travel will not refund any of the amounts paid for a private event upon cancellation of the customer. In case the customer and Barcelona Slow Travel find a common agreement, and given that the cancellation has been made more than 14 days before the beginning of the experience a change of date can be offered to the customer at no extra charge.

We require you to book our experiences in advance to guarantee a spot.
However, if you decide to attend one of our experiences last minute, you can call us (+34 635302817) and see if there is availability (this last option is risky, but you might get lucky!).
Only past customers can leave a review. Our staff personally verify each review to guarantee it is genuine. Each participant can leave its own review, even if he/she joined in a group. We also allow our staff to leave a review for new experiences when they participate in the verification process. In that case, only 2 reviews in total are allowed for the whole staff.
It’s simple! Go on the page of the experience you participated to and scroll down to the bottom of the page. A “Leave a review” field will appear under the reviews. There, you will have to fill all the forms (rating, review, name and email) in order to submit your review. Note that reviews only appear online after we have verified them. This process might take several days.

Our paella experience and tapas experience are children friendly (no minimum age). We recommend though to only bring your children if you’re sure that they will behave and enjoy the experience (remember there will be other guests willing to enjoy the experience). Of course you will be responsible for them during the whole activity.

Our paella experience and tapas experience are suitable for all levels. We often receive beginner cooks, as well as experienced chefs looking to learn more about Catalan and Spanish traditional cuisines. As long as you’re looking for a good time, you will be satisfied by the experience.
We want you to learn while having fun, so we will assess you during the whole experience and you will take back home these new skills along with the recipes!
Our chefs are very comfortable when it comes to adapting their menus. If you have dietary restrictions or allergies, please let us know when you make the booking with us. We will do our best to adapt the menu to your needs.

Our Penedes Wine Tour is children friendly. We have frontseats for the parents’ bikes available for children from 1 year old and up to 24 kilos (50 pounds). For children heavier than 24 kilos, there will be small bikes available. We recommend though to only bring your children if you’re sure that they will behave and enjoy the experience (remember there will be other guests willing to enjoy the experience). Note that you will be responsible for them during the whole activity.
The Penedes Wine Tour happens rain or shine. In case of anticipated rain, try to bring with you a raincoat and appropriate clothes. Your guide will always try to make his best to adapt the tour to any external conditions. Should the weather be dangerous (storm or natural disaster, very unlikely!) we will get in touch and see with you what’s best to do. In the case we decide to cancel the tour, we would fully refund you.
First, because we provide you with helmets (free of charge), as well as bicycles in good condition and only ride in quiet roads.
Secondly, because there is very little traffic in the countryside. As a result, car drivers are usually calm and patient with cyclists.
We offer discount rates for children for the Penedes Wine Tour. Children younger than 15 years old get a 10€ discount, while children using the frontseats (less than 24 kilos) only pay 35€ for the whole tour.
